Your questions answered

Care by condition: common questions

What conditions do you support at home?

We support people living with stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury at home across Croydon and Bromley, alongside dementia care and our nurse-led complex & clinical care. If your condition isn’t listed, call us; we may still be able to help.

Do we need clinical or nursing care, or everyday support?

Most condition care is everyday and specialist support: personal care, mobility, medication on time, continence and respite. When needs are higher, the same provider can step up to nurse-led clinical care, so you don’t have to change agency.

How quickly can care start?

Often within days of your free home visit, and faster when a hospital discharge is time-critical. Tell us the situation and we’ll be honest about what we can put in place and when.

How much does it cost, and can it be funded?

Care starts from £26 an hour, with a free first home visit. Many families get help through their council, NHS Continuing Healthcare or Attendance Allowance. Our funding guide explains the routes.
