Your questions answered

Home care services: common questions

What home care services do you provide in Croydon and Bromley?

We provide personal care, dementia care, live-in care, respite care, companionship, hospital-to-home support, palliative care and nurse-led complex clinical care. Every service is delivered at home by trained, DBS-checked carers we employ directly, and begins with a free home visit across Croydon, Bromley and the nearby towns.

How much do home care services cost?

Visiting care starts from £26 an hour, and your first home visit is free with no obligation. You always get a clear written quote before any care begins. Many families get help through their council, NHS Continuing Healthcare or Attendance Allowance, and we explain the routes plainly.

Do you offer both visiting care and live-in care?

Yes. Support ranges from a single short visit a week to several visits a day, up to one dedicated carer living in your home around the clock. For many families, live-in care is the realistic alternative to a care home, and it lets couples stay together.

Can one provider handle both everyday and clinical care needs?

Yes. We are CQC-registered for personal care and for clinical care (“treatment of disease, disorder or injury”), and rated “Good”. Everyday support can step up to nurse-led care such as PEG feeding or tracheostomy care without you having to change provider partway through.
