Complex & clinical care at home
When needs are higher (a tracheostomy, a ventilator, PEG feeding, complex wounds) hospital isn’t the only option. We are CQC-registered for the clinical activity itself (“Treatment of disease, disorder or injury”), so nurse-led care can happen safely in your own home in Croydon & Bromley.
Led by our Registered Manager
Every clinical package is led by Roseline Fazal Masih, our CQC Registered Manager. Care is planned alongside the NHS teams already involved in your treatment, and no carer takes on a clinical procedure until they have been trained and competency-checked for that exact task, for that exact person.
- CQC-registered for “Treatment of disease, disorder or injury”, rated “Good” in all five areas
- Competency checks per procedure, per person: never “trained once, assumed forever”
- One plan shared with your district nurses, GP and specialists
I can’t believe how much they go above and beyond for my son. He has a brain injury, and the carers look after him like their own family.

Complex care: common questions
How is complex care different from personal care?
Complex care supports clinical needs (tracheostomies, ventilators, PEG feeding, catheters, wounds) under a nurse-led plan, with carers trained and competency-checked for each specific procedure before care begins. Personal care covers everyday support like washing, dressing and meals.
Who oversees the clinical side of my care?
Our Registered Manager leads every clinical package. Care is planned with you and the NHS professionals already involved, carers are competency-checked per procedure, and the plan is reviewed regularly as needs change.
Are you actually registered for clinical care?
Yes, we are CQC-registered for 'Treatment of disease, disorder or injury' as well as 'Personal care', and rated 'Good' across all five inspection areas. You can read our report on the CQC website at any time.
What does complex care cost?
Complex packages are assessed individually because needs vary so much. We cost everything openly after a free assessment visit. NHS Continuing Healthcare funds many complex care packages in full, and we can point you to the right people to ask.
