Two founders, one standard
We started Fabulous Homecare in 2019 with a belief we still hold today: that the people we look after deserve the same care we’d want for our own parents. We’re not a chain or a franchise. We’re a small, locally run team who answer the phone ourselves and know the people we care for by name. Incorporated as Fabulous Homecare Ltd on 21 March 2019 (Companies House 11897810) and registered with the Care Quality Commission, we hold every visit to a single test: is this the standard every local family deserves? The 5.0 rating our families leave on Google is how we keep ourselves honest about the answer.

Verify on CQC register(opens in a new tab)Every visit we make is overseen by Roseline, a registered nurse with more than 25 years’ experience across many healthcare settings. She spent over eight years as a registered nurse in the NHS (2009–2017), including more than four years as a Junior Sister leading ward teams, before moving into registered management. For the past nine years she has led care services as a Registered Manager, and today she heads the team at Fabulous Homecare with a person-centred approach grounded in dignity, independence and the highest standards of safety and compliance. Her clinical background is why we can safely support everything from everyday personal care to nurse-led complex needs, and why our carers, who are DBS-checked and trained, never work without a nurse leading and reviewing their care.

Ramanjeet Kaur leads the business behind the care. A former Clinical Audit Officer at Croydon NHS Trust, she has a nursing background and brings the same eye for audit, risk and compliance to how the business is run. Since 2019 she has built and steered the business side of Fabulous Homecare, from the accounts and payroll that keep our team supported to the new contracts and funding streams that let us care for more families across Croydon and Bromley. She makes sure the business behind the care is run as carefully as the care itself.

Home care with us starts from £26 an hour for private care. Depending on your needs, council funding or NHS support may also help cover it, and we’ll help you work out what you’re entitled to, with no pressure either way.

Who runs Fabulous Homecare?
The service is led by Roseline Fazal Masih, our Registered Manager and a registered nurse with over 25 years’ experience. Fabulous Homecare Ltd was founded in 2019 by its directors, Atinderpal Singh and Fazal Masih.
Where is Fabulous Homecare based?
We’re based at The Lansdowne Building, 2 Lansdowne Road, Croydon, CR9 2ER, and provide home care across the London boroughs of Croydon and Bromley, from a team that knows the area well.
Which areas do you cover?
We care for families across Croydon, Purley, Thornton Heath, New Addington, Bromley, Beckenham and Orpington, and the surrounding parts of both boroughs. If you’re nearby but don’t see your area, call us. We can often still help.
Is your home care nurse-led?
Yes. All care is overseen by our Registered Manager, who is a registered nurse. Your day-to-day carers are DBS-checked and trained, and never work alone. A nurse leads and reviews the care behind the scenes.
How much does home care cost?
